ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The School of Technology, Woxsen University (WoU), Hyderabad, India is proud to organize the International Conference on Mathematical Modelling and Emerging Trends in Computing (ICMMETC-2023) during June 23 – 25, 2023. Technological advances require a deep understanding of physical processes in engineering and science. Various such physical processes can be modeled as differential equations or control problems and understood by the analysis and computations of their solution. This interdisciplinary combined event will provide a common forum for young, applied mathematicians and engineers where they can learn mathematics for Differential Equations and Control Problems. Further, they can exchange research ideas involving theoretical and applied developments in differential equations, control problems, and computation.

The main objective of this conference is to bring together scientists, engineers and mathematicians working in theory, modelling and computation of differential equations, control problems and its applications. It aims, in particular at fostering cooperation among practitioners and theoreticians working in this field. The proposed conference serves as a catalyst to present and exchange new ideas by researchers from India and abroad working in diverse fields of applied and pure mathematics. The keynote talks, plenary talks, technical sessions, and panel discussions are oriented towards holistic contributions of Mathematics in several fields of pure and applied sciences.

About APTSMS

The Andhra Pradesh Society for Mathematical Sciences (APSMS) was formed in the year 1986 by Late Prof. N.Ch. Pattabhi Ramacharyulu, Professor of Mathematics, NIT, Warangal, and Late Prof. P.V. Arunachalam, Professor of Mathematics, SVU, Thrupathi. After the division of the AP state, it is proposed to change the name of the society and in the XXVI Congress of APSMS the name of the society has been changed to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Society for Mathematical Sciences (APTSMS). During the year since its inception, the APTSMS has grown in size and has been successively and successfully organizing its annual congresses & international conferences. The objective of the Society is providing a forum for young research workers in Mathematics and related subjects to meet and exchange ideas and to promote quality teaching and research. At present Prof. N. Kishan, Osmania University is the President of APTSMS. The School of Technology, Woxsen University, Hyderabad organizing the ICMMETC-2023 in Collaboration with the prestigious APTSMS.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AUTHORS

Papers must be submitted online using the Microsoft CMT, which is a completely web-based submission, peer-review, and tracking system.

All submissions must be in English and include a brief abstract in format Latex (WinEdt). It will be evaluated by independent experts (at least three) in the Blind peer review process.

All pages must be numbered in the same order. Tables and figures can be included within the text or placed on other pages with appropriate captions (s).

The title of the paper, the author's name(s), and entire institutional affiliation(s) should all be mentioned on the first page of the manuscript. There should also be an abbreviated title (for running heads).

A list of 4—6 keywords should be provided immediately after the abstract. These keywords should be relatively independent (coordinate index terms) and should best describe the paper as a whole.

All the references should be mentioned in alphabetical order.

The paper will be checked for plagiarism with turnitin, the similarity should be less than 20%.

NOTE: Submissions that do not follow the above instructions may be returned to the authors for correction before being published.

BLIND REVIEW POLICY

We are committed to timely evaluation and presentation/publication of fully approved papers at the ICMMETC-2023. All submissions are subjected to a rigorous review procedure in order to maintain a high-quality publication. The following are the characteristics of the blind peer-review procedure:

Parallel submissions of the same Research Paper to a different Conference, Journals or Symposium will not be accepted.

Papers having content outside the scope will not be reviewed.

In accordance with ICMMETC-2023 policy, submissions will be assessed by 3 experts as suggested by the organizing committee.

Presentation and publication related decision(s) are made by the Organizing Committee (ICMMETC-2023), based on the reports given by the experts. The authors of papers that are not approved will be notified promptly and the decision taken by the organizing committee ICMMETC-2023 will be the final verdict.

All the submitted papers are considered confidential documents. We expect our Board of Reviewing Editors and reviewers to treat the papers as confidential matters as well.

Editors and Reviewers must ensure the papers meet all the mentioned requirements.

Editors and reviewers engaged in the review procedure must state any conflict of interest arising from direct competition, collaboration, or other ties with any of the authors, and should withdraw themselves from situations where such conflicts prevent objective evaluation. The utilization of privileged information or ideas received via peer review for competitive benefit is prohibited.

Review reports should be made available on request to the Managing Editor if required.

The identities of the reviewers cannot be disclosed, and the peer review procedure is confidential.
